The series ‘Comparative Aesthetics’ was launched in 2003 with the academic publications  following the first edition of the International Festival of Anthropology of Dance: The Human Body a Universal Sign. It was sponsored by Jagiellonian University. The post conference proceeedings or the research books are bilingual, in English and Polish.
